How do I reset my data?
Open the app, go to Settings (the gear icon), and scroll to the bottom. You'll find a "Reset All Data" option that clears everything and starts fresh. This action can't be undone, so make sure you're ready before tapping it.

Is my data private?
Yes — completely. All of your information (family plan, supplies, contacts) is stored only on your device using local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers. We have no access to your data whatsoever.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Tap the Pro badge or open any Pro-locked feature and look for the "Restore Purchases" link at the bottom of the upgrade prompt. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to originally purchase. If you're still having trouble, email us and we'll sort it out.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. Once the app is installed, all core features work without an internet connection. Your data is stored on-device, so you can access your emergency plan even when the power is out or cell service is spotty — exactly when you need it most.
